DAMAGING A PENIS

Does anyone know of a way to damage a penis to the point that emergency room doctors would have to remove it? I'm thinking that this is probably the only way I'm going to get my penectomy. Even if they try to save it, it probably would be too badly mutilated to work correctly afterwards. Any suggestions?
